Heritage IT Pty Ltd currently supports a nation wide client base and some international customers.  We are structurally setup to give remote assistance to all of our customers regardless of distance from our offices.  This is done through remote access utilising the existing technologies and infrastructure of the specific customer.  This can include access via the internet, virtual private connection or even direct connect via modem.  This permits a technician to connect into a customer’s site to provide assistance or to change configuration options.  

Remote assistance is fast becoming the customer preferred support delivery mechanism, with even nearby customers preferring to be supported this way.  Certainly the consideration of no travel expenses and a quicker response time is achieved.


Question – What guarantees can be given on a successful implementation?

Each of the products that we supply and support has strict implementation guidelines. These quality controls dictate that the software must be installed and configured by a technician certified in the software. Heritage IT Pty Ltd follows these quality controls to ensure that each installation is successfully deployed and monitored.
