Question - How much does the software cost?
UniResMan has 2 components to its pricing:

- Integration components including (Telephones, Web Bookings, Food & Beverage, Credit Card, CRM, Central Reservations, POS, Accounting, In Room Movies are between $1000 and $3,000 per module)
Most companies are prepared to invest between 3-5% of a year’s gross revenue for the hotel. More important than the question of cost is the question of what is the expected return on investment for the new system? Selecting a higher quality product to begin with will give you added automation of repetitive tasks and allow you to do your current job in less time. We would expect that the system would pay for itself in 1-2 years by giving efficiencies and better managing your average Daily Rate per room and Average Occupancy percentage. Our commitment is to work with you to assist you in achieving higher company profits.
Question - Does UniResMan have a membership program to give me regular software updates?
UniResMan has membership that is included for the first year. Subsequent years are available at 18% of the RRP of the software. Membership for years 2 to 5 can be purchased at a discounted rate when purchased together with the initial order.
Question – What information do I need to have ready to import into UniResMan?
If you have an existing reservation system then we would look to export your current data, modify it into a compatible format and then import it into UniResMan. Data files that you may what to prepare may include:
- Current Customer database complete with names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses etc.
- Room List complete with features
- Object List with maximum number available (cots, spare beds, child minding, restaurant meals, spa bookings, game consoles etc)
- Staff List with access levels for security setup
These files are normally prepared in separate excel spreadsheets and imported as a comma separated file into UniResMan. For this reason it is a good idea not to use commas in the text of these files. Question – how long will Heritage Accounting Systems Pty Ltd take to setup UniResMan for me?
Our staff traditionally take around 2-4 days to have the system ready for you to use. Following this we would provide between 2-4 days training and assistance depending upon the number of modules you need to be trained in. After the first day “go live” assistance your company would receive support as needed from our telephone helpdesk. Unlimited telephone helpdesk agreements are available from $4-5 per day.
Question – what is the easiest way to view a demo of UniResMan?
As a first introduction to UniResMan we like to send out a Demo CD which contains a short video introducing the software. Following the CD we would be happy to meet with you personally to demonstrate the power of UniResMan and the ease at which it will assist you to manage your business.
