Retail Pro integrates with standard accounting packages to supply a full scale in-house accounting solution. For small sized businesses Quick Books or Simply Accounting is available. For moderate to large sized businesses Sage Accpac, Mas 90 or Great Plains are available, as popular and stable solutions that are widely used today.
General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
Integration includes:
- Automated posting of invoices for new merchandise to AP and GL
- Automated posting of sales to GL (and to AR in the case of charge or COD sales).
- Suggested GL account distribution for easy, accurate posting.
An audit trail of transactional postings and accounting activity is provided by the accounting program, as well as P&Ls, Balance Sheets and all standard accounting reports.
